This Refund & Returns Policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled for both physical merchandise and digital products.
1. Refunds for Physical Products
1.1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund for physical merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- the item is unused
- the item is in its original condition
- the item is in its original packaging
Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.
1.2. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Digital products (guides, PDFs, reports)
- Customized or personalized items
1.3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- the item arrived damaged,
- the wrong item was delivered,
- the product was defective.
If the return is approved due to our mistake, Jynovix will cover the return shipping cost.
1.4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged product
- a description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
2. Refunds for Digital Products
Digital downloads (PDFs, digital guides, premium reports, etc.) are non-refundable, as they cannot be “returned.”
However, if you experience a technical issue (e.g., incorrect file, corrupted file, wrong product), contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, card via Stripe, etc.)
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for:
- damaged items
- defective items
- wrong items received
For other reasons (e.g., “I changed my mind”), we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
