We currently ship to:
- All EU/EEA countries
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom (optional — choose if needed)

2. Shipping Costs
Standard EU Shipping (Flat Rate):
€6.90 per order
(Regardless of weight or number of items)
Switzerland & non-EU Europe:
€9.90 per order
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time (3–7 days).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
4. Delivery Times
Typical delivery estimates:
- EU countries: 5–12 business days
- Switzerland: 3–7 business days
- UK / non-EU Europe: 7–14 business days
Delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, or peak seasons.
5. Tracking
Most orders include tracking information.
Tracking details will be emailed to you when available.
Some lightweight or low-cost items may ship without tracking depending on region.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or shows unusual tracking behavior:
- Contact your local carrier first
- If unresolved, contact us with your order number
We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Replacements for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Incorrect Address
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Jynovix is not responsible for the loss
- Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order

For countries outside the EU:
